What exactly is a deductible?
When you call us for a service visit, you pay a flat deductible ($75 for Essential, $50 for Premium). That covers our labor and standard materials for that visit — no itemized bill, no surprises.
Is there a limit on how many times I can call?
No. You can call as many times as you need throughout the year. Each visit has a deductible, but there is no cap on service calls.
What if the repair is major — like a full remodel?
Service plans cover maintenance and repairs, not full remodels or new construction. If a project grows beyond plan scope, we will give you a separate estimate. You are never obligated to proceed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days but can be paused in special circumstances — just call us.
Do you serve both California and Utah?
Yes. Plans cover Ventura County, CA and Washington County (St. George area), UT. If you are outside these areas, call us and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.
Is this the same as a home warranty?
It is similar in concept — you pay a recurring fee and a deductible per visit — but we are a licensed general contractor, not an insurance company. We do the work ourselves with our own crew, so you always know who is coming to your home.
